Our Southern border must be secured. We must look at all options to secure that border which includes building a strong wall together with more funding for border patrol, air patrol, better intelligence. Immigrants that are now in this country should have the opportunity to stay in this country if they came in illegally, register with the US government, pay back taxes, pay a reasonable fine and after 5 years if they have shown responsibility and complied with the above, they should be able to apply for citizenship.

Throwing immigrants out of the country, uprooting their lives and their children's lives is not only counterproductive, it is not humane, not logical. If they do not comply, then they should be deported.

Future people should come into this country legally or they must be deported.
